Australian Shipping
Standard shipping is $10.00 on all orders below $100 Australia wide. Orders $100 and above qualify for free standard shipping Australia wide.
Express shipping is available for $15.00 (1–4 business days).
Free shipping is manually applied at checkout.
If you do not receive your order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: sales@sfidagroup.com
All orders are shipped through Registered Australia Post and must be signed for upon delivery within Australia. If you're not home when the products are delivered, a card will be left to collect your product from your local post office. You will find information about the post office location on the card left by the courier. We are unable to leave parcels at the delivery address if they have not been signed for.
International Shipping
We now ship internationally with Australia Post. International orders are charged a flat shipping rate per order, based on the delivery destination:
- Zone 1 – New Zealand: $20.00 AUD
- Zone 2 – Asia Pacific: $25.00 AUD
- Zone 3 – USA & Canada: $28.00 AUD
- Zone 4 – UK & Europe: $34.00 AUD
- Zone 5 – Rest of World: $42.00 AUD
